A new reference in the historic Bica neighbourhood
The new development Bica dos Olhos – name that dates back to Lisbon of the 17th century – is located in the historic centre of Lisbon, in one of the most typical and genuine neighbourhoods of the capital: Bica.
Its name – Bica dos Olhos – is inspired in a baroque fountain dated from 1675 – currently part of the building itself – and which owes its name to a Lisbon secular tradition – that claims that the eyewash in these waters, before sunrise, would have healing properties.
The building was object of a thorough refurbishment, but it has maintained its historic references as well as its original decorative elements.
Bica dos Olhos consists of 15 units – from studio to 3 bedroom apartments and areas ranging from 51 to 159 sq. m. – with high standards of modernity and comfort. Enjoying plenty of natural light and an extraordinary view of the river and city in the upper floors.
Located in an area close to public transportation and with a major urban vitality, it has in its surroundings a rich and close by neighbourhood commerce, restaurants, bars, theatres, terraces, viewpoints, bookstores and places of great cultural interest.
Several topologies starting at 290.000€
